This is also your opportunity to find out anything else you would like to know about us. We will suggest a few things for you to think about prior to our chat, in order to make the call as productive as possible.

Retainer packages are a rolling monthly agreement, with no minimum term. We do require 1 months’ notice to terminate, to ensure both you and I can plan our time effectively. Retainers must be paid monthly in advance.

Please do get in touch if you have something in mind which is not listed on the services page. We may well be able to assist, but if not; we will be happy to help you find somebody that can!

If you need support for a specific project, perhaps as a one-off which is not appropriate for the retainer package or ad-hoc options; I will be happy to discuss a bespoke project price with you.

No problem (subject to availability!). We won’t exceed the agreed hours without your say so, but if you do require additional time, this will be charged at the ad-hoc hourly rate.

A pre-agreed amount of unused hours may be rolled over by 1 month, subject to our availability.

We time all tasks live, using software which can generate a report at the click of a button. We can keep you updated on hours used/remaining upon request.

Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. Retainer packages must be paid in advance.
